As obvious as this seems, it is not always the practice in the industry. It is however, our standards in typesetting checking procedures that have proven highly successful over the years, in eliminating error and ensuring a professional standard is maintained.

CJK Translation will not at any time, either directly or indirectly, use for its personal benefit, disclose, or communicate in any manner any information that is pertaining to its Clients.

It is our promise to provide quality translation services with integrity. It is hoped that our Clients will enter into this business relationship in a spirit of mutual benefit. We shall not be held liable in any way or by any means for any direct or indirect, special or consequential damages, resulting from any documents we produce or services we provide. The sole responsibility for content of any document rests with the Client. Furthermore, we shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform, resulting directly or indirectly from any causes beyond our reasonable control.

* Note: We only offer Japanese and Korean language translation for larger documents (i.e. 1000 words or over). In other words, we do not translate one or two-page documents like birth certificates, marriage certificates, driver licences, etc. for these two languages. We offer Chinese language translation for all types of documents. Sorry about any inconvenience caused. Translation service fees will be charged by word count, which vary upon difficulty and workload. A 15% volume discount applies to large projects (i.e. more than 10,000 words to be translated).
